She uses Cetaphil face cleanser to remove make-up, which if left unwashed is the main reason for blackheads. She pampers my skin with a good night cream and oils her hair with baby oil for smooth and soft hair. Plus, she sshampoo and conditions her hair daily.

Diet Fad: Amrita starts her day with two glasses of warm water, have theplas and parathas for breakfast and follow a balanced diet throughout the day. She avoids leafy veggies and roadside food during the monsoons.

Fitness Mantra: She is not an exercise person at all, but she does a lot of stretching, which is necessary for flexibility in dancing.
