Golden Rules: Vidya goes for pedicure atleast once a week. She loves to wear Essie's Nail Polish in Fishnet Stockings. For complete relaxation she always prefer head messages. She uses ayurvedic oil from Dr. Shempi in Mumbai created specially for her.
Fitness Mantra: She believes in Ashtanga yoga in its purest form, not power yoga. And she loves taking long walks.
Diet Fix: She always goes for home cook meals. She eats lots of fresh fruits, veggies and salads and drinks fresh coconut water everyday. She also likes nuts - ground nuts, walnuts and almonds.
Clean Up: She believes in natural beauty. Instead of chemical soaps she uses Khadi body wash everyday. To get rid of makeup. Also she always goes for M. A.C wipes.
Handbag Essentials: She always carries Hashmi Kajal from Pakistan which lasts forever, V.O.H lip-gloss in a natural shade like nude, and a bottle of perfume depending on her 'fragrance phase'. And Blush Day Cream with SPF by Dr. Jamuna Pai.
Home Remedy: She loves to use a pack made from multani mitti once a week. To detoxify and purify her inner system she practices Jalniti, a yoga process which also maintains the skin's natural moisturizer balance and glow.
Heaven Scent: She has a fetish for perfumes - she always uses same fragrance throughout the shoot of a film. While filming Kismet Konnection she was hooked on L'Eau de lssey by lssey Miyake. She also loves the fragrance of Pink buy Fruits and Passion.
Wedding Fantasy: She admits of having two wedding fantasies. She will love a beach wedding in a white gown and a fresh natural look. The other is to wear a Kanjeevarim sari - in a complete traditional look with lot of flowers on her hair.
Red - Carpet Prep: For her red Carpet look she would love to enhance her eyes, her best feature. She loves to create a striking look with dark makeup - a single eye shadow in Espresso by Bobbi Brown, liquid eyeliner by Maybelline and M.A.C. mascara. She highlights her cheeks with By Terry Bronze - Expert and keeps her lips nude.
Movie Star Looks: Her all time favorite movie look is the Parineeta look. According to her she would never be able to better that.
Little Black Book: her hairstylist is Avan Contractor at b:blunt, dermatologist is Dr. Jamuna Pai. Shreyas Mathare helps her to look gorgeous everytime. She goes to Bhola at Freeda's Salon for pedicure and Nail Bar for manicure.
