Abhishek Awasthi
Abhishek is a choreographer cum dancer. His home town is Kanpur but he is currently living in Mumbai. He came to Mumbai to become an actor and participated in a talent show.
Abhishek and Rakhi are a couple in real life and have been together for some time now. It is believed that Abhishek proposed Rakhi 25 times before Rakhi said yes! Abhishek recently appeared on screen with Rakhi in a music video for her album Super Girl.
He also handles her business and is present with her all the time. He recently acquired a tattoo on his arm that bears Rakhi's name. He was in the news a couple of months back as he got into an altercation with some men who were allegedly taking photos of Rakhi as she was changing during a concert.
The couple's close friend DJ Shezwood says "I am going to vote for him. I believe he will be the winner of Nach Baliye. He is a good dancer and his pairing with Rakhi is absolutely great!"

Day at school: I do not remember it completely… but I do remember but my brothers and mom would drop me. But when they would leave me I would cry to leave with them. Then when I would get home in the afternoons I would fight every day and cry a lot because they would be leave me and go home. Day at college: It was fun always. I attended very little lectures and just hung out with my friends. Job: I was a dance teacher in Delhi Public School in Kanpur. Salary: My first proper salary was around 1500 rupees. Autograph: It was in 2001 when I won the Male Freestyle solo in a dance competition. Time in front of a camera: I was very nervous. I prayed a lot to God to help me get through it well. Crush: I don't think I had one… I was a very nice boy! And for me my first and last crush, love and everything is Rakhi! Only and only Rakhi! Date: Rahi Sawant. Kiss:Rahi Sawant. Big purchase: A watch… Omega Seamaster. I have loads of brands…. And I love collecting watches so my first big purchase was definitely my watch. Fight: I have always been a very calm peaceful person. I get angry very rarely and so there haven't ever been any big fights.
