Alexx O'Neill
Alexs O'Neil is currently running a 3D and Animation company while he balances his life as an actor and model. But Alexx has donned many hats including a football referee, bartender and singer before he reached this stage.
He says he began his career as an actor at the age of twelve when he acted in a play called The Outsiders after which offers to act in many more plays and musicals continue to pour in. Next he decided to teach himself to play the guitar and he worked his way through high school playing in bars and as a part of a band. In fact he even recorded a couple of songs that got airplay on his local radio station in Boston. However, Alexx decided to take a break in college as he concentrated on finishing his studies.
Once out of college Alexx began working with a counseling centre that worked with kids who had got into crime. After having worked as a counselor for two years he was hired as a marketing executive to expand the company's operations internationally. And that brought Alexx to India. The trip was fruitful in more than one way. Not only was he able to successfully expand the company's operations he also met Sweta who went on to become the love of his life.
The two met each other at Marriot through their common friend. The next day, Sweta was at the Marriott with a cake as it was Alexx's birthday. They have been a couple now for two and half years and they finally got engaged in March this year.
An American by birth Alexx loves travelling, adventure and strumming the guitar for Sweta. He has recently played a part in two films - Cheeni Kum and the yet to be released Loins of Punjab. He has also gone back to writing and recording music and is hoping that he will be able to further his career in Bollywood as well.
