guest111: If one wishes to become a model, what are the steps he/she must take?

Prasad Bidapa: They doing the worst thing possible, diets like that will affect their growth factor, if they don't study they are going to be the dumbest people in a party. Eating smart is in, dieting is out, and exercise should always be done under supervision. Heavyweights in the gym should be done only after your growing years are over.
