Last Saturday, from a tabloid launch, he took along Mithun Chakravorty, son Mimoh and director David Dhawan to his house and treated them with dinner. As Sallu got Mithun and Mimoh with David Dhawan to his car and started it, Mithun showed his apprehension and commented "
Kya gaadi tu chalaayega?" (So are you going to drive?). The controversial Khan promptly replied, "I am not drunk." Salman took them to his house a few meters away from the party venue. They partied all night at Khan's residence.
Just recently, he had dragged out the Deol brothers, Sunny and Bobby along with his Partners co-star Govinda to David's house and partied till morning. Salman had surprised, veteran star Dharmendra by putting in an appearance for the music launch of his
Apne, starring him with his sons Sunny and Bobby. Just as the party was at its peak, he requested Sunny and Bobby to leave the party and join him and Govinda to David's house for dinner. When the party shy Sunny refused Salman's suggestion, we saw him in an animated conversation trying to convince the Big Brother star. Sunny finally gave his consent and all of them set for David's house.
Our source close to Salman chips in, "Seeing four big Bollywood stars arrive at around midnight time at their house, Lali, wife of the sultan of nonsense was pleasantly surprised. First thing she did on Sunny entering their house was gave him a huge hug. Since they had not had dinner, she insisted that she would prepare a special meal for all. In an hour, she made six dishes which they all feasted on."
Salman is famous for being whimsical and dragging his close friends into doing the same thing he enjoys doing the most. Few months back, he had gone to Govinda's house and dragged him out to have a ride with him in a specially decorated auto rickshaw which blarred Himesh Reshammiya's songs.
These days Salman has got no films on floor. He is busy shaping his body for his forthcoming film for which he begins shooting in June. The movie is a Hindi remake of the south hit,
Pokiri.
