tcc_avani: Hi Shayan. How are you? How was your experience working in Jhankar Beats with Rahul Bose?
shyan: Hi, working with the cast of Jankar Beats was great. Rahul was especially good because somewhere we had a "bong connection".

bani_gauri: How was your experience in Cook Na Kaho? So have you now become a good cook?
shyan: Before the show, I knew nothing about cooking. After the show I can cook something special for my wife.

guest114: Are you acting in any albums? I loved you in Aaryan's song... You were very cute.
shyan: I havn't been part of any music videos of late. My focus is in films, you will however watch my film's songs on TV very soon.

sumisumi: What is your role in Bong Connection? And wat is the story all about?
shyan: Bong Connection is about the new generation's isuues with globalisation and their search for their roots. I play the role of Andy who is a second generation NRI and an aspiring musician. He comes to Kolkata to meet his grandfather, who is a great musician, so that he could pick up more of the talent and work with the folk musician of Kolkata.

guest114: After Jhankar Beats, there was a long break, why?
shyan: I went to UK, on an invitation from a modeling agency there. I returned to India to pursue my acting career. I did My Brother Nikhil, Sabko Intazaar Hai, Joshi Shahid Hogaya, Ahista - Ahista and now Bong Connection.

tcc_avani: If you had a chance to travel to Hawaii or do the show Cook Na Kaho, which one would you choose?
shyan: It all depends on what I was doing in Hawaii!

guest126: Modeling or movies, which do u prefer?
shyan: As of now Movies. With all due respect to modeling.

sumisumi: What is the meaning of ur name?
shyan: My name in sanskrit means Dusk/Twilight.

sumisumi: When is your birthday and what's your sunsign?
shyan: 29 Oct. I am a Scorpio.

guest126: How is life post marriage?
shyan: Hmmmm... Beautiful! Thank you.

shyan: Actor - Johnny Deep, Actress - Nicole Kidman.

shyan: Life in the public eye means it is inevitable.

sumisumi: which are your upcoming projects?
shyan: After Bong Connection, I have Amar Joshi Shaheed Hogaya and then I have Chourahein - Cross Roads. They will be out very soon.

guest126: If you could forget any of your worst moments in your life, as a bad dream, which would that be?
shyan: Surely the controversies in my life. I wish I wasn't a part of that party at all!

sumisumi: How did you meet your wife? Was it love at first sight?
shyan: 
We met at a common friend's house. We grew in love.

tcc_avani: What do you feel about married life? Have you seen honeymoon travels... Did you feel you can connect to that film?
shyan: I havn't seen Honeymoon Travels. My life is fantastic!

shyan: I have loving parents, a sister who lives in New York and a beautiful wife. I was born in Kolkata.

tcc_avani: Which is your favourite sport? I heard that you like tennnis... What do you think Andy Roddick and Roger Federer?
shyan: Hi, I always thought I will grow up to be a Tennis player. My fav is Roger Federer, I don't think Andy comes anywhere close.

shyan: My name is my pet name and my pet name is my name.

2050: Hi Shayan, which is your dream role?
shyan: I don't have a dream role as such, but I would like to do roles that make me explore my skills as an actor.

2050: Which film did you like more - Jhankar Beats or Bong Connection?
shyan:Bong Connection! I think I am a better actor now.
