When Sabsey Favourite Kaun first started, it was the only award show of its kind. Over the years its popularity has grown leaps and bounds. In December 2006, SFK went international. We received a whopping 13 lakh votes over a period of two month. Sixty countries from all over the world voted for Sabsey Favourite Kaun.

The results were announced at an exclusive Golden Globe style round table dinner and the event was attended by the who's who of the film industry. The event was attended by topmost stars like Shahrukh Khan, Rani Mukherji, Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, Bipasha Basu and many more. The event was hosted by Ayesha Takia and the the comic trio - Ranvir Shourie, Vinay Pathak, Suresh Menon.

This year it's the celebration of the fifth edition of SFK. So, this year get ready for more surprises, more laughter and double the fun. Its only going to get better.

Sabsey Favourite Hero: Shah Rukh Khan
Well, its Shah Rukh Khan all the way. The Badshaah of Bollywood proved that he is still the famous Khan around, as his movies, Don and Kabhi Alvida Na Khena both did exceptionally well, making him the Sabsey Favourite Hero for the fourth time in a row.



Sabsey Favourite Heroine: Rani Mukherji
Rani Mukherji wowed the audience with her stupendous performance as a physically challenged girl in Black. Delivering one hit after another, Rani Mukherji proved that she is the undisputed queen of Bollywood. She won the Sabsey Favourite Heroine award for the third cosecutive year and seems like she is all set to continue the trend.


Sabsey Favourite Comedian: Paresh Rawal
Although Paresh Rawal started his career with negative roles, he is best remembered for his comedy. Paresh made this trasition efforlessly and was noticed for his superb performance in movies like Hera Pheri and Hulchul. Like Shah Rukh, Paresh too has won the Sabsey Favourite Comedian for four consecutive years, thereby making him the undisputed king of comedy.


Sabsey Tez Sitara: Priyanka Chopra
Ever since her debut in Andaaz, Priyanka has'nt stopped signing on films. Be it Aitraaz, Krrish or Don, Priyanka has delivered one hit after the other, thereby making her the Sabse Tez Sitara of the year. With Drona she seems all set to become India's first Supergirl.



Naya Hero: Kunal Khemu
Kunal made his debut with Kalyug, where he proved his acting mettle and was immediately accepted by the audience. Kunal has also acted in Hum Hai Rahi Pyaar Ke and Raja Hindustani as a child actor. However, it was Kalyug that won him the most accolades. He is the gen-next's Naya Hero.



Nayi Heroine: Soha Ali Khan
She is the daughter of yesteryear actress, Sharmila Tagore and sister of Saif Ali Khan. She made her much-awaited debut in Dil Maange More. Next came the superhit Rang De Basanti that won her many accolades including the Favourite Nayi Heroine award.
