When Sabsey Favourite Kaun first started, it was the only award show of its kind. Over the years its popularity has grown leaps and bounds. In December 2006, SFK went international. We received a whopping 13 lakh votes over a period of two month. Sixty countries from all over the world voted for Sabsey Favourite Kaun.

The results were announced at an exclusive Golden Globe style round table dinner and the event was attended by the who's who of the film industry. The event was attended by topmost stars like Shahrukh Khan, Rani Mukherji, Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, Bipasha Basu and many more. The event was hosted by Ayesha Takia and the comic trio - Ranvir Shourie, Vinay Pathak, Suresh Menon.

This year it's the celebration of the sixth edition of SFK. So, this year get ready for more surprises, more laughter and double the fun. Its only going to get better.

		Sabsey Favourite Hero: Shah Rukh Khan Well, its Shah Rukh Khan all the way. The Badshaah of Bollywood proved that he is still the famous Khan around winning the SFK title for the fifth year in a row. With two hits under his belt this year, SRK walked away with the first award of the season. We are sure the others will follow suit.
		Sabsey Favourite Heroine: Katrina Kaif Katrina Kaif was the biggest surprise of the year. After delivering a superhit at the beginning of the year with Namastey London, Katrina went on to woo the audience with her performance in Partner. This award was a tie between Katrina Kaif and Rani Mukherji.
		Sabsey Favourite Comedian: Arshad Warsi Arshad Warsi first showed us his comic style while hosting the SFK awards. He became a household name when he essayed the role of 'Circuit' in Munnabhai. Ever since there has been no looking back for Arshad Warsi who has been revelling in comedy.
		Naya Hero: Ranbir Kapoor He comes from a family that has been part of films for decades. Ranbir Kapoor made his much awaited debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Saawariya and won a lot of accolades for his performance. Therefore it is no surprise that he won the Naya Hero award.
		Nayi Heroine: Deepika Padukone She was a supermodel who is now being touted as the next superstar. Deepika Padukone made a dream debut alongside Shah Rukh Khan in his home production Om Shanti Om. The movie became a super hit and Deepika became a star. With films from big banners already in her kitty, Deepika is headed right to the top.
		Sabsey Tez Sitara: Himesh Reshammiya He had the whole nation dancing to his tunes and now Himesh had floored the audience with his acting skills. His debut movie Aap Ka Suroor was a hit and Himesh got himself a new career option.
