Be sure to deep condition your hair at least once a week, especially if you swim a lot. Hair tends to become dry, dull and brittle if it is soaked and dried too often.

For a quick skin boost in the sun, fill a misting bottle with a little bit of toner and water, and spritz your face, neck and arms for a quick cool off. Just remember to close your eyes.

Apply honey and yoghurt on the face and body. Honey acts as an exfoliator and gives the skin a sweet, youthful glow. Yoghurt besides having cooling effect, nourishes the skin and makes it supple and smooth.
Use aloe vera cleansing gels as aloe vera softens dead cells, aiding their removal from the surface, leaving the skin smoother.

Summer make-up should be light. Your skin should have a natural glow. Keep Foundation to a minimum, if possible just use some cover stick on the areas that really need coverage and apply a light oil-free moisturizer and work it in over your cover stick to give you a light natural glow.
Dewy face with the lightest veil of translucent powder is the right summer look.
Light shade of bronzer on cheekbones and chin gives you a beautiful suntan.
